2.1 Custom Development Projects
For custom web development, mobile app development, and AI/ML projects:
- Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
- Deposits paid at project commencement are non-refundable once work has begun
- Refunds may be considered if project milestones are not met as outlined in the project agreement
- Clients may request a refund within 7 days of project initiation if no substantial work has been completed
2.2 Consulting Services
For technology consulting and advisory services:
- Consulting sessions are non-refundable once scheduled
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may receive a full credit for future services
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
2.3 Maintenance and Support Services
For ongoing maintenance, hosting, and support packages:
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice
- Refunds are prorated based on unused service time
- Annual subscriptions may receive a partial refund for unused months, minus a 20% administrative fee
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:

- Include the project or service reference number
- Provide a detailed explanation for the refund request
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and response
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as specified in the service agreement
- Technical issues prevented service delivery and could not be resolved
- Project cancellation by mutual agreement before substantial work completion
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-party services, licenses, or software purchased on behalf of the client
- Domain registration and SSL certificate fees
- Completed work that has been delivered and accepted by the client
- Custom design work, code, or intellectual property that has been delivered
- Services rendered more than 30 days prior to the refund request
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-10 business days)
- Clients will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
7. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request is denied and the client disagrees with the decision:
- Clients may request a review by senior management
- We encourage open communication to resolve disputes amicably
- Mediation services may be utilized if necessary
- All disputes are subject to the laws of Texas, United States
